The Public and Welfare Sectors’ Unemployment Fund offers you a selection of services, making it easier for you to apply for benefits, as well as view and update your personal information. Below, you can find more information on the services.

eWertti eService

The fund has its own electronic service, eWertti. View your information or submit your first application (earnings-related allowance, job alternation allowance, mobility allowance), follow-up applications, and attachments electronically. Via eWertti, you can quickly submit further clarifications or contact the fund using a secure connection. The eService is a quick way for applicants to communicate with the fund, which often speeds up the payment process.

Processing Status

Check the arrival date of applications which are currently being processed, and estimate the status of your own application. We advise applicants to check the general processing status rather than make inquiries via telephone.

Attachments (no login required)

This service offers payroll accountants, members of the fund, and JHL’s regional offices or organizations an easy way to submit attachments and applications electronically. The connection is secure, and attachments are processed faster than those sent via email.

You can submit your follow-up application via eEmeli Telephone Service if you have received benefits before and are fully unemployed, laid off, or taking part in a service offered by the TE Office (no absences).
